Standard Route Medallion Combinations
During your initial playthrough as either Leon Kennedy or Claire Redfield, the necessary puzzle solutions are directly tied to clues left behind in an officer notebook. The first obstacle is the Lion Statue situated on the second floor of the Main Hall, which unlocks by aligning the Lion, Leafy Branch, and Bird symbols. Successfully entering this sequence grants your first key item immediately.
Next, you must locate the Unicorn Statue, which is safely situated inside the library on the upper level of the building. The correct combination for this device is the Fish, Scorpion, and Vase icons, aligned in that precise sequence. Inputting these shapes will prompt the mechanism to drop the second silver emblem into your inventory.
The final and most elaborate piece is the Maiden Statue, which rests quietly inside the West Storage Room behind a detonatable barricade. The alternate path also alters the inputs needed for the library mechanism. For the second run, the Unicorn Statue requires players to turn the dials until the Twin Birds, Small Scale, and Coiled Snake are lined up. This reveals the modified crest so you can advance to the next zone.
Reaching the final puzzle room again presents a completely new set of symbol configurations to decipher.
